DoraFix ("the Service") provides automated validation and repair of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) Register of Information reporting packages. The Service is operated by Xolo Go OÜ (issued by Ville Sakari Myllyniemi) ("we", "us").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may create an account to access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
Validation, audit reports, batch processing, and template downloads are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to impose reasonable rate limits.
Auto-repair functionality requires a one-time payment per package. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Repaired packages are available for download for 1 hour after generation.
If the repair engine fails to produce a valid XBRL-CSV package, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact support@dorafix.eu within 14 days of purchase.
Uploaded files are processed in-memory and stored temporarily for download. Files are automatically deleted after 1 hour. We do not share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided "as is". While we strive for EBA compliance, we do not guarantee that repaired packages will be accepted by your National Competent Authority (NCA). The Service does not constitute regulatory advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your submissions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific repair that gave rise to the claim.
You retain all rights to your uploaded data. We retain all rights to the Service, its engine, and its algorithms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@dorafix.eu.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
